Use this form to request an on-site volunteer group

We review each request carefully and do our best to meet community needs; however, submitting a request does not guarantee fulfillment. Project and kit selections are made at the sole discretion of BCCD and depend on alignment, timing, volunteer availability, resources, and logistics.

Before You Begin: Eligibility & General Guidelines

Your proposed project should meet the following guidelines:

• Eligibility:
• Nonpartisan / Non-proselytizing: Organizations should not be political or strictly religious. (Faith-based organizations serving the broader community without proselytizing are welcome.)
• Project Length: Designed for approximately 2–3 hours of volunteer engagement unless otherwise noted.
• Meaningful Work for All: Provide enough hands-on, purposeful tasks to keep all volunteers engaged for the full project window. Consider this when estimating volunteer count.
• Indoor / Outdoor: Projects may be indoors or outdoors. If outdoors, please identify a backup indoor option when possible.
• On-Site Representation: A representative from your organization must be present the entire time to provide instructions, oversee the work, take photos, and—if time allows—share information about your mission or provide a tour.
• Educational Materials Encouraged: Brochures or other materials that help volunteers learn more about your organization are welcome.
